What makes Forge & Crown watches unique?

Every Forge & Crown timepiece is crafted with meticulous attention to detail, whether it's from either our Artisan Collection or a Custom Design Timepiece. All of our watches are tested for water tightness and our automatic watches regulated to ensure the most accurate timekeeping before we ship it to ensure that the product you receive will serve you well for years to come.

What is the F&C Private Label?

The F&C Private Label is our distinctive logo that can be added to custom-made timepieces. It serves as a mark of authenticity and craftsmanship, signifying that your watch meets our highest standards of quality and artistry.

Do you offer warranties?

Yes. All our watches include a 12-month limited warranty on the internal components of the timepiece and a 30-day limited warranty on the case. bracelet or strap.  See our Warranty page for details.

Are our watches in stock?

Both our Artisan Collection and our Custom-Design Timepieces are all made-to-order products. Since our expertise is in custom builds, it’s impossible to stock all the variations for your timepiece.

What is the order process?

For our Artisan Collection: Once you place an order, we place your parts order with our suppliers.

For our Custom-Forged Timepieces, we will contact you to discuss your desired options once we receive your order.

What can I customize?

For our Custom-Forged Timepiece:  You can customize the case (material, size, finish), movement type, dial design and color, hands and markers, strap or bracelet.

For our Artisan Collection, no customization is allowed other than the variants specific to it. If you wish a variation, choose the Custom-Forged Timepiece option.

Can I make changes after I've started the process?

For Artisan Collection timepieces, once you place your order, no changes are permitted.

For Custom Design Timepieces, you may make changes until the design is finalized and approved by you.  Once we have your approval and the parts are ordered, no changes are permitted.

Payments:

Artisan Collection: Full payment is due at the time of your order. 

Custom-Forged Timepiece: An initial deposit of $75 is required to begin the custom-made process. The full price is subject to your design selections and will be due once you finalize the design. 

Returns and Refunds:

As all of our watches are custom-ordered, no returns are permitted once your order is finalized. Your order is finalized when we confirm it via email and receive full payment for either the Artisan Collection or the Custom Design Timepiece.

Refunds: No refunds are permitted once parts for your timepiece are ordered. 

For the Custom Design Timepiece option, if you elect not to proceed at any point before order finalization, you will receive a refund of your deposit, less a $75.00 service fee for the consultation.

Do you offer servicing and repairs?

Yes, we provide complete servicing and repair for all Forge & Crown timepieces. Contact us at service@forgeandcrown.com to arrange service for your watch.
