Our Process:

We talk with you about what you want. We develop a design, mock it up so you can see what it will look like before the parts are even ordered.

When the parts arrive, we build and test the watch to ensure it will function the way we say it will. Only then will we ship it to you.

After you receive your watch, we are here to see that you are satisfied. We guarantee our work. If it fails, we will fix or replace it. We will service your watch after your guarantee period expires.

This isn't a sale. It's a relationship. One we take very seriously.
