Each Custom-Forged Timepiece begins with an idea. Some clients arrive with a clear vision, while others begin with inspiration and refine the design through consultation. The result is a watch shaped around the wearer, not around a mass-market template.
How the custom commissioning process works:
Our process begins with a consultation to understand the watch you want to create. From there, Forge & Crown develops the design, refines the specifications, and prepares a visual markup before parts are ordered. Once the components arrive, the watch is assembled by hand, checked for fit and finish, and tested for reliable performance before shipment. After delivery, we continue to support the watch with service, repair, and long-term care. The process is designed to give clients both creative input and confidence in the final result.
What can be customized?
Depending on the project, clients may be able to customize the case style, case finish, dial design, handset, bezel, bracelet or strap, movement type, and overall visual character of the watch. Some builds focus on subtle refinement, while others are designed to be more distinctive and one-of-one. Every project is guided by what is technically possible, visually balanced, and appropriate for long-term wear.
