Independent Watch Modification Business

Forge & Crown is an independent watch modification, customization, and manufacturing business. We are NOT affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any major watch manufacturers or brands.

No Official Brand Relationships

We have no official relationship with brands including, but not limited to:

  • Rolex, Tudor, Omega, Seiko, Citizen, Orient, Casio, G-Shock
  • TAG Heuer, Breitling, IWC, Panerai, Cartier, Jaeger-LeCoultre
  • Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Vacheron Constantin
  • Grand Seiko, Tissot, Hamilton, Longines, Oris
  • Any other watch manufacturers or brands

Aftermarket Modifications and Custom Builds

Our services include:

  • Custom Builds: We create custom timepieces using compatible aftermarket cases, movements, dials, and components
  • Parts and Components: All parts used are sourced from independent aftermarket suppliers

Trademark Notice

Any brand names, trademarks, or model references mentioned on our website are used solely for:

  • Compatibility reference purposes
  • Describing the style or inspiration of custom builds
  • Identifying which movements or parts are compatible with certain modifications

All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners. Use of these names does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.

Warranty and Service Implications

Important: Modifications performed by Forge & Crown or the use of aftermarket parts will:

  • Void any existing manufacturer warranty on the original watch
  • Make the watch ineligible for service at authorized brand service centers
  • Potentially affect the authenticity and resale value of branded watches

We provide our own warranty coverage for our work and the parts we install (see our Warranty Policy).

Authenticity Statement

Forge & Crown does not:

  • Sell counterfeit or replica watches
  • Claim our custom builds are authentic branded watches
  • Misrepresent the origin of our timepieces or components
  • Use genuine branded parts without proper disclosure

All our custom-made and commissioned timepieces are clearly identified as Forge & Crown creations. When the F&G private label is applied, it signifies our craftsmanship and quality standards.

Compatible Movements and Parts

We work with industry-standard movements and components that are compatible with various watch cases and designs. These include:

  • ETA, Miyota, Seiko (NH series), and other movement manufacturers
  • Aftermarket cases, dials, hands, and bezels from independent suppliers
  • Custom-manufactured components designed and produced by Forge & Crown

Customer Acknowledgment

By purchasing from or working with Forge & Crown, customers acknowledge that:

  • They understand we are an independent business not affiliated with major watch brands
  • Modified watches are no longer in original manufacturer condition
  • Manufacturer warranties will be voided by our modifications
  • Custom builds are inspired by various styles but are not authentic branded watches

Intellectual Property Respect

While we create custom timepieces inspired by various design aesthetics, we respect intellectual property rights and do not:

  • Copy protected designs exactly
  • Use counterfeit branded parts or logos
  • Infringe on registered trademarks or patents

Our designs incorporate classic watchmaking elements and styles that are part of horological heritage.
