Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Forge & Crown's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Services

Forge & Crown offers three categories of timepieces:

  • Artisan Collection: Specially curated designed for custom-order.
  • Custom-Forged Timepieces: Design and construction of build-to-order watches.
  • Auctions:  Auctions of special watch modifications, refurbishment of used watches and/or special one-off watches designed for auction.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. For custom-made and commissioned pieces, pricing will be confirmed during consultation and locked in upon deposit payment.

Payment methods include major credit cards and wire transfers. Deposits are required for custom-made and commissioned pieces.

4. Custom-Built products (Artisan Collection and Custom-Forged Timepieces)

Timeline: Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to material availability or complexity.

Design Changes: Changes to custom orders may be accommodated during the design phase. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

Cancellations: Custom-made and commissioned orders cannot be cancelled once production begins. Once final payments are received for products, no refunds are permitted.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and the F&G private label are the intellectual property of Forge & Crown. Commissioned designs remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Warranty

Please refer to our Warranty Policy for detailed information about product warranties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Forge & Crown is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Forge & Crown operates.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
