1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Forge & Crown's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Services

Forge & Crown offers three categories of timepieces:

• Artisan Collection: Specially curated watches designed for custom order.
• Custom-Forged Timepieces: Design and construction of build-to-order watches.
• Auctions: Auctions of special watch modifications, refurbishment of used watches, and/or special one-off watches designed for auction.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. For custom-made and commissioned pieces, pricing will be confirmed during consultation and locked in upon deposit payment.

Payment methods include major credit cards and wire transfers. Deposits are required for custom-made and commissioned pieces.

4. Custom-Built Products (Artisan Collection and Custom-Forged Timepieces)

Timeline: Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to material availability or complexity.

Design Changes: Changes to custom orders may be accommodated during the design phase. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

Cancellations: All orders, including pre-orders, are final once placed. No cancellations or refunds are permitted. Clients are encouraged to confirm all details during the pre-order consultation before submitting payment.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and the F&C Private Label are the intellectual property of Forge & Crown. Commissioned designs remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized reproduction or use of any Forge & Crown intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Forge & Crown, its employees, or any other person or entity
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or any systems connected to it
• Use the site in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair its functionality

7. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. Forge & Crown has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Forge & Crown does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

Forge & Crown is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, services, or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Forge & Crown and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of our website or services.

12. Governing Law and Severability

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Indiana. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website or services following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
