What to Expect

• Initial Consultation: We'll discuss your vision, lifestyle and preferences to understand precisely what you're looking for in a timepiece.
• Design & Selection: Together, we'll select the movement, case, dial, hands and other design elements that bring your idea together. Once your design is complete, we'll provide a mock-up for your review and approval before moving to production.
• Parts Delivery & Assembly: We'll source the components for your watch from our global suppliers. Once they arrive, we'll assemble, regulate and test your timepiece and ensure every component meets our standards.
• Delivery: Receive your custom timepiece with complete documentation and care instructions.
