This is the first step on your journey to design your custom timepiece! The information below will serve as a walk-through of the appointment scheduling and order process.

To schedule your watchmaker consultation, click on the link below to purchase your reservation slot.  Once we receive your payment, we will send a questionnaire to gather your design ideas and schedule your consultation. These appointments are typically scheduled on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays.

Once we have finalized your design, you will receive an invoice for the balance due for the timepiece.

Your consultation fee is fully refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment date. Once When you purchase your watch, the $75.00 consultation fee will be deducted from final price of the watch.  Details of the watch and the final purchase price will be determined at your consultation.
